Easy High-Protein Tacos Meal Idea


Let’s Taco-bout it!

Who doesn’t like tacos? I’m so excited about this recipe because I can have it as often as I would like to help reach my protein goals.

Ingredients:

  • 3 Mission Low Carb Tortilla

  • 4oz 93% Lean Ground Turkey

  • 28g Low Fat 4 Cheese Mexican Blend

  • Tomato, Onion, and Cilantro to your liking

  • 30oz Low Fat-Free Sour Cream

  • Jalapeños to your liking

  • Hot Sauce to your liking

All ingredients are from Kroger. Each pack of ground turkey has about 16oz (4 days worth of tacos). Multiply your ingredients by four if you are prepping!

Ground Turkey Taco Seasonings Used (season to your liking):

  • Black Pepper

  • Onion Powder

  • Garlic Powder

  • Cumin

  • Fat: 19g

  • Carb: 43g
