Quick High Protein McDonald's Sausage, Egg, And Cheese McMuffin Copycat Meal Idea


Let’s make breakfast simple.

At the beginning of my journey, I was trying to figure out how to incorporate high-protein meals into my breakfast. My simple sausage and egg English muffin did the trick for me. I would prep my sandwiches at the beginning of the week and then warm them up in the air fryer when I was ready to eat.

Ingredients:

  • Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Round Patties

  • English Muffin of choice

  • Two Eggs

  • Seasonings of choice

  • Cheese of choice
