Restaurant-Quality Garlic Parmesan Fries (Made in Your Air Fryer)

Fries So Good, You’ll Forget They’re Homemade

If crispy, cheesy, garlicky fries are your love language, you’re in the right place. These homemade Parmesan garlic fries hit every mark—crunchy edges, buttery centers, and bold, savory flavor in every bite. Made with golden potatoes and air-fried to perfection, they’re the ultimate easy indulgence.

Ingredients:

  • Golden potatoes (or your potatoes of choice)

  • Extra Virgin Olive oil

    • Seasonings:

      • Black pepper

      • Sea salt

      • Onion powder

      • Garlic powder

      • Smoked paprika

    • Minced garlic

    • Shaved Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Potatoes
Slice your golden potatoes (or your potatoes of choice) into fries or wedges and soak in cold water for at least 30 minutes. This step helps them get extra crispy. Drain and pat completely dry.

  2. Season and Toss
Toss the dried potatoes in a little olive oil, then add black pepper, sea salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Coat evenly.

  3. Air Fry 'Em
Preheat your air fryer to 380°F. Add the seasoned fries in a single layer and don’t overcrowd the basket. Cook for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until they’re crispy and golden.

  4. Garlic + Parmesan Magic
As soon as the fries come out of the air fryer, toss them with minced garlic (so the heat activates the flavor without burning it). Then sprinkle on the shaved Parmesan cheese so it gets all melty and delicious.

If you are counting macros, make sure to use a food scale + your favorite calorie-counting app.

Whether you’re pairing them with a burger, a salad, or just snacking straight from the tray (no judgment), these fries are next-level. Crispy. Garlicky. Parmesan-y. Basically irresistible.
