A cheat code for meal planning is sandwiches.

Listen, I am a lazy meal prepper. I pay for meal prepping, and the meals I make for myself seem to be childlike to others .. but it works for me.

Ingredients:

  • Two slices of your bread choice (Me: Honey Wheat)

  • Three slices of your cheese choice (Me: Mozzarella)

  • Two slices of your choice of bacon (Me: Pre-cooked)

  • 5 oz of your favorite turkey deli meat (Me: Oscar Mayer, Honey Wheat)

  • Protein: 49g

  • Fat: 34.5g

  • Carb: 22g
