Viral Easy 30 Minutes High-Protein Burger Bowl Meal Idea

Let’s make a burger. .

. . just without the bun!

Ingredients:

  • Protein of choice (Ground Turkey)

  • Potatoes of Choice (I used a portion of Great Value Seasoned Batter Mix Fries)

  • Shredded Lettuce

  • Cheese of Choice (I used shredded sharp cheddar)

  • @Ghughessugarfree Secret Burger Sauce

  • Onions, Tomato & Pickles are optional

  • Fries are optional

  • Always season to taste ✨

Directions:

  1. Prep your protein of choice (ground turkey) with your seasons.

  2. Cut up your veggies of choice (onions, tomatoes, lettuce)

  3. Heat your pan on medium heat

  4. Cook your ground turkey, then add onions (optional)

  5. Add a 1/4 of your cheese choice into the protein of choice.

  6. Air fry your fries (optional)

  7. Add lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, cheddar cheese, and protein to your bowl.

  8. Add @Ghughessugarfree to your bowl to top it off.

  9. Enjoy!
