Quick High-Protein McDonald’s Snack Wrap Copycat Meal Idea


Do you miss the McDonald’s Snack Wrap? I do!

Most favorite foods have some memory tied to them, and the McDonald’s Snack Wrap gives me nostalgia. I randomly thought about it over the weekend and made it a goal to figure out how to recreate it so I can eat it whenever I want.

Ingredients:

  • Your chicken of choice

    • Me: Simple Truth Organic [Kroger Name Brand] Breaded Homestyle Chicken Tenders. I use their serving size and eat the additional half piece like a nugget lol

  • Two small flour tortillas of your choice

    • Me: Mission Carb-Balance Small Tortillas

  • 75g of Fage Yogurt

    • Or any Nonfat Greek Yogurt

  • Ranch Seasoning Packet

  • Lettuce

  • Cheese of choice

    • Me: 28g of (Kroger Name Brand) Cheddar Jack Cheese

Directions:

  1. Cook your chicken.

  2. Make your “ranch” by mixing the yogurt with the Ranch seasoning (season to taste)

  3. Lay your tortillas out and spread the “ranch” down the middle. Save some to help seal your wrap at the end.

  4. Add a bed of lettuce on the “ranch” on your tortillas, then add the chicken on top.

  5. Add cheese on top of the chicken.

  6. Use the leftover ranch to seal your wrap and/or dip your wrap in.

  7. Enjoy
