Quick & Easy High-Protein Stir Fry


Flavor-Packed 20-Minute Ground Turkey Stir Fry.

Looking for a fast, protein-packed meal that’s full of flavor? This quick stir-fry is the perfect solution for busy days when you want something nutritious without spending hours in the kitchen. With lean ground turkey, frozen stir-fry veggies, and minute rice, you can whip up a satisfying meal in under 20 minutes. Plus, G Hughes Stir Fry Sauce brings all the delicious flavors without added sugars!

Ingredients:

  • Ground Turkey (or your protein of choice)

    • Seasoning:

      • Sesame oil or Olive Oil

      • Garlic Powder

      • Black Pepper

      • Onion Powder

      • Ground ginger

      • Pepper flakes (optional)

  • Minute® Brown and Wild Rice (or rice of your choice)

  • Frozen (or fresh) Stir Fry Veggies

  • G Hughes Sugar Free Stir Fry Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Ground Turkey: In a large skillet or wok, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey, breaking it up with a spatula. Season with garlic powder, ground ginger, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, until fully browned and no longer pink.

  2. Add the Vegetables: Pour the frozen stir-fry veggies into the pan with the turkey. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

  3. Incorporate the Sauce: Reduce heat to medium and stir in the G Hughes Stir Fry Sauce. Let everything simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend. If you like a little heat, add the red pepper flakes at this stage.

  4. Prepare the Rice: While the stir fry is cooking, prepare your minute rice according to package instructions.

  5. Serve & Enjoy: Spoon the stir fry mixture over the rice and serve hot. For extra flavor, garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions.
