High-Protein Oreo Cheesecake

If you're craving a creamy, delicious dessert that satisfies your sweet tooth and supports your protein goals, this High-Protein Oreo Cheesecake is the perfect treat. Made with simple, macro-friendly ingredients, it's easy to prepare and one of my favorites—without the sugar overload!
Ingredients:
220g of nonfat plain Greek yogurt
12g of Jell-O Sugar-Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix
10g Zero Sugar Cool Whip
4 Oreo Thins, crushed (2 crushed, 2 for toppings)
Instructions:
Prepare the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and the sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix. Stir well until smooth and thick.
Fold in Cool Whip: Gently fold in the Zero Sugar Cool Whip to create a light and fluffy texture.
Add Oreos: Crush the Oreo Thins and mix them into the cheesecake mixture. Save some crumbs for garnish.
Chill: Spoon the mixture into a serving dish or small jars, then refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to allow it to set.
Serve & Enjoy: Top with extra Oreo crumbs before serving. Dig in and enjoy your high-protein, low-sugar cheesecake!
